Short description
The Traffic Authority for the Canton of Basel-Stadt, Urban Construction and Architecture, Planning Authority, Urban Traffic Design, planned to refurbish the streets along line 3 between the stops at Barfüsserplatz and Burgfelderplatz. Simultaneously, the route had to be equipped with a feeder line that made it necessary to renew the catenary system for this section of the line 3 route. 1.5 km of 600V DC catenary was installed.
